Texas-based R&R Construction was fined $371,376 by the federal government for failing to provide Prepaid Health Care, Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) and Workers’ Compensation to dozens of workers. Additionally, the company failed to pay workers the overtime pay they rightly deserved.
